Sometimes it’s the small things in life
that make the biggest impact.
Hello everyone! So great to see you here.
Regular blog posts are still appearing on Mondays – but with a little bit of a twist.
Due to the enormous success we have had with Maycly – I need to get busy on the next 5 novels…you read right…5 more novels! For this reason, every Monday we’re going to head to the archives and the postings will be some of the coolest and most helpful blog posts I made throughout 2011 and early 2012. This will allow me the much time needed to let my creativity run wild and write, and write, and write. 😉
Not to worry, I’m not abandoning my fans – I’ll still be at your fingertips through comments here on the blog, email, Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, and other social media.
So, without any further ado – welcome to the past!

WEEK 7 VIDEO
Being part of a team is a wonderful experience. But sports aren’t the only thing that involve team efforts. Family’s, for instance, can be one of the best team events, ever! Whether you have a huge family where you can’t hardly keep up with the names of all the new ones coming into the world, or it’s just you and a few, or even just you and your family consisting of your friends, a family is a team, and each team member can truly inspire everyone on their team.
That’s what this week’s blog is all about…being a team, encouraging each another to keep going and never give up! My sister and I have found that working together as a team, my novel Maycly will be a much better novel than if I tried to do it all by myself. Ideas, concepts, and more fly over the phone lines daily between the two of us as we near completion of the novel.
Below is the video of “The Sister Team.” Simply click on the photo or link below to head on over to YouTube to check it out. The link is “unlisted” until next week so my bloggers get first shot at checking it out…but PLEASE feel free to share the link with your friends and family. It will go “public” next week.
I invite you to “subscribe” to my YouTube Channel, JLBCreatives, while you’re there! Just click the subscribe button at the top of the YouTube page where you’ll be viewing the video.
Remember, the video is “unlisted” on YouTube right now, so my bloggers can have first glance, then it will go public next week for the masses. Please, however, feel free to “share” the link once your there.
Pic n’ Thought
Are you living it up to forget…or forgetting to live it up?
LINK OF THE WEEK:
How many of you like to get-away and enjoy a little peace and quiet sometimes? I think that probably includes most all of us. Don and I are no different.
When we want to catch a quick weekend away, we’ve found a wonderful little place nestled in the wonderful town of Matlacha, FL. It’s called Bayview Bed & Breakfast.
Bill and Diane, the inn keepers, are just the most pleasant people to stay with. The rooms in the bed and breakfast are always super clean and spacious. The views are amazing, and the breakfasts are out of this world. If you love to canoe, kayak, or fish there’s no better place. Ospreys, manatees, and rays are usually abundant depending on the time of the year.
We’ve stayed at the Bayview several times and the only thing we dislike about it, is the day we have to leave!
By no means are we endorsing this place, nor do we get money for clicks or visits to their site. It’s just strictly a cool little place we’ve found on the “edge of the world” that anyone who enjoys the south western sunsets over the gulf will come to love, and we wanted to share our little secret with you.
WEEK 7 SUMMARY:
